Olivier Lefaivre is General Manager of Raytheon Professional Services LLC (RPS) France, a unit of Raytheon Company. RPS is a global leader in training services and outsourcing and delivers powerful benefits and value to its customers. RPS helps businesses meet their critical objectives, by designing, implementing and managing optimized training solutions that align employees, customers and partners with key business goals and mission objectives. In 2010 RPS delivered more than 6 million hours of custom training in 26 languages to learners in more than 90 countries. Headquartered in Dallas, RPS has primary offices in Barcelona, Detroit, Frankfurt, London, Melbourne, Mexico City, Moscow, Shanghai and Singapore.

As general manager for RPS France, Olivier continues to expand RPS’ business in France beyond its automotive core to other industries, including defense and energy. Under his leadership, RPS France will continue to strive to be the best training provider worldwide.

Olivier has more than 15 years of experience, among them more than 10 years in the consulting and learning industry. In his former position at Cegos Group he has been acting as Deputy Director International Projects. Prior to this, Olivier held the position of International Marketing and Sales consultant at Cegos France and Head of Marketing within Ernst & Young Corporate Finance’ Business unit in France. Olivier began his career at Virgin Group, where he successively served as sales representative then product and PR manager for Virgin Cola France.

Olivier holds a European Executive MBA in General Management from ESCP Europe, as well as a Master 2 degree in Marketing and a Master in Economics.

Jesper Lillelund

Jesper Lillelund is a Co-founder and Partner at CorporateLeaders and has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to starting CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas


Gary Steel

Gary Steel is head of Human Resources at ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, and a member of ABB’s 12-person Executive Committee. He has held this role since joining the company in 2003. Prior to joining ABB, Steel had a long career at Shell. He started at the oil group’s chemicals unit in the UK in 1976 and held a variety of management positions in the UK, the Netherlands, Monaco and Gabon. He was Human Resources Director at Shell’s Group Finance unit in the Netherlands when he left the company in 2002. Steel is a member of board of directors of Harman International Industries in the US and of Aquamarine Power in the UK, and is Chairman of the board of ABB’s businesses in India and Sweden. He has a degree in commerce from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
