Patrick is Global Program Director and is responsible for leading
multi-continent HR Outsourcing transition projects. He has a background in managing large IT-enabled transformation engagements of multinational organizations. He joined ADP in 2008.

Patrick immediately took charge of the implementation of MicrosoftT Corporation’s global HR Outsourcing project for 34 countries across Europe and Asia-Pacific. He is based in Paris
but and travels extensively throughout these regions.

Barbara is an experienced business advisor, executive coach and career management specialist working across private and public sectors. She specialises in organization and people development and regularly works with senior executives, helping them to meet their objectives and address work/life transition issues and effective organisational change.

Barbara also consults on people and transitioning issues surrounding merger and acquisition, including organisation culture analysis, developing vision and values, teambuilding, personal ownership of change and stress management. Prior to leading consulting projects, Barbara led KPMG’s career consulting practice in the North of England. Her early career was in teaching and sales and marketing management. Bonnie Skelly is the Director of International Payroll and the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Payroll Operations at Microsoft. In 2003 she joined Microsoft Consulting Services as a Principle Project Manager. In 2006 Bonnie moved to Microsoft’s headquarters in Redmond, Washington to lead the OneFinance PMO for Microsoft’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiative in 92 countries. In 2007 she assumed the additional responsibility for the Global Payroll Transformation to ADP® GlobalView®, and in early 2009, transitioned from a Program Management role to an Operations Role, responsible for the ADP® GlobalView® Payroll Operation at Microsoft.  Bonnie is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and holds an MBA in Finance from Clark University in Massachusetts.
