Bart Deckers
Managing Director Finance & Enterprise Performance Benelux, Accenture

Bart is a Managing Director within Accenture Management Consulting and is leading the Finance and Enterprise Performance practice in Benelux. He has profound experience in the area of financial management especially in assignments focusing on business transformations, improving operational efficiencies, redesigning business processes and operating models, as well as implementing enterprise performance management processes. He has served in an advisory capacity on steering committees and management boards of large restructuring and transformation projects with leading companies in the transport and logistics, industrial, energy, financial and consumer markets industries. He is a chartered Accountant and holds a master degree in Accountancy and in Tax Management.

Jesper Lillelund
Partner & Co-Founder, CorporateLeaders

Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.

 


Sonja Rottiers
CFO, AXA Belgium

After getting her Master degree in applied Economics Sciences, Sonja Rottiers started her career at Credit Communal de Belgique at the strategic planning and internal audit department.

She participates to several strategic studies started by F. Narmon. Based on the last study “systems” she was appointed in 1989 responsible for the management of the distribution network. She fulfilled numerous projects which contributed to the professionalization of the network of Dexia Banque Belgique.

In 1999 she left the bank to join the insurance part of the Dexia Group. After three years being CEO of Dexia Insurance she became CFO, vice chairman of DIB/DN. Since the beginning of 2011 Sonja is Effective Director and CFO of AXA Belgium.

 

 

Herman Schurmans
Vice President Finance Benelux, Coca-Cola Enterprises Benelux

Herman Schurmans is Vice President Finance Benelux at Coca-Cola Enterprises and has many years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestments, big projects, real estate deals, SAP implementations, SOX, etc.

Prior to Coca-Cola, Herman worked at Ernst & Young, was a Controller at Norsk Hydro, Finance Director Industrial Coatings at Akzo and now with Coca-Cola Enterprises for the past 17 years where the Enterprises BU Benelux has shown the fastest and highest revenue and consistent profit growth.

Business partnering is the key to describing his role with his team and stakeholders. His core values are team-driven, accountability and customer focus.

Herman has a master in finance and accountancy, married to a pharmacist and has 3 Brazilian adopted children.

 



Joris Van Malderen

Managing Director Finance & Enterprise Performance Benelux, Accenture

Joris Van Malderen is Managing Director of the Integrated Business Services Practice in France and Benelux. Since joining Accenture, Joris has focused on Finance and Shared Services engagements from strategic assessment to value realization. Prior to working for Accenture, he was the CFO of a pan-European logistics company and auditor at KPMG.
 


Patrick Vercammen
Managing Director Finance & Enterprise Performance Benelux, Accenture
Patrick Vercammen is Managing Director within the Finance & Enterprise Performance practice in Benelux. Patrick focuses on building Accenture's position as an industry leader in Benelux, delivering insight-driven Financial & Enterprise Performance solutions and services to help its clients on their operational and change journeys through the integration of strategy, processes, technology and people.

Patrick has 20+ years experience across finance functions, including consulting and working in high tech and industrial corporate finance functions. Most recently, Patrick was a Director at KPMG Advisory - Management Consulting where he served as both the Competence Center Leader Operational Excellence in Finance, and as KPMG Belgium Service Lead for Financial Supply Chain Management. In this capacity Patrick has served global clients such as ENI, Statoil and Heineken. Prior to joining KPMG Advisory, he gained experience as a Corporate Controller and Hedging and Treasury Manager.

Patrick holds a Master in Applied Economics, with specializations in International Business Relations and Accountancy.
