Chris Altmikus

Co-founder of iDeA-Link, Chris Altmikus today serves international businesses and industry clients as an independant Business Coach and Change Catalyst. His professional services comprise Executive Coaching, Organizational & Team Coaching as well as supporting his clients as a Business Partner in leading multi-dimensional change programmes, such as HR Transformation.

Before founding iDeA-Link, Chris Altmikus has been working with Alcoa since 1998. There he held various international management and HR leadership roles. Most recently Chris has been leading Alcoa’s European Organizational Design Practice. Since 2002 he has held key accountabilities in Alcoa’s European HR Transformation, including the deployment and management of Alcoa’s European HR Shared Services delivery organization. Prior Chris Altmikus has also served as a European HR Business Partner with a key focus on business turnaround and restructuring. Before moving into Human Capital Management, Chris Altmikus also worked in operations, finance as well as supply chain management, where he has lead and supported a number of deployment initiatives of the Alcoa Business System.

Prior to joining Alcoa, Chris Altmikus has been an international advisor in industrial economics with CERNA (Paris) focusing on the restructuring of the metals industry sector in Eastern Europe as well as the dynamics of raw materials trading. 


Olivier Fache
Director of HR Policy & Development at Auchan

Olivier Fache began at Auchan in 1995 after advanced training in econometrics and statistics. He has held positions in operations management in hypermarkets heading social management and customer marketing studies. He was also responsible for compensation at Auchan France.

In his current role as HR Director, he is responsible for the development of HR policies for employees at Auchan: managerial diagnosis, prospective HR, compensation arrangements, evaluation tools, management skills, work organization and mapping of business, social communication, GPEC, and change management. Since 2010, Olivier manages the deployment of Success Factors in Auchan.

Pierre Soria
Vice President Southern Europe, SuccessFactors

Pierre Soria is a veteran of the IT sector with experience of over 20 years in the software industry. He began his career at Oracle where he held various positions for eight years in sales and management.

He then joined EDS France as Sales Manager and more recently Acta Technology and Microstrategy as VP Southern Europe. Before joining SuccessFactors, Pierre was CEO of Salesforce.com France for 6 years, signing the first major contracts in SaaS (Software as a Service) in major account in France such as Societe Generale, BNP, Allianz, Areva, Air Liquide, La Poste.

Pierre is one of the pioneers of Cloud Computing, convinced of the impact that these solutions will bring to the Top100 Companies in terms of value creation for Strategic Alignment, Talent Management and Planning Resources.
