Ken Ducatel
 Director of IT Security, DG DIGIT-S, European Commission and Acting Head of   CERT-EU

Ken Ducatel, British, aged 60, holds a PhD in economic geography from Bristol University and an MSc in transport policy from Cranfield University in the UK. He has worked on information society policy for thirty years. He was a member of the Faculty of University of Manchester for 14 years.

From 1997 to 2003, he worked at the European Commission's Institute for Prospective Technological Studies in Seville, where he led the Institute's flagship "Futures Project".

From 2004 to 2008 he was a member of Commissioner Reding's Cabinet where he was responsible for Lisbon Strategy & Policies for the Information Society.

In January 2009 he became Head of Unit for the "Digital Agenda: Policy Coordination" in DG Information Society. In July 2012 he took over the unit "Software and Service, Cloud Computing Unit" in the newly formed DG CONNECT.

In September 2014, he became the Chief Information Security Officer in DG DIGIT with the responsibility for assuring the security of the Commission's corporate IT assets. He was appointed member of the ENISA Management Board in November 2014.

As of January 1, 2016 he was appointed Director of the newly created Directorate DIGIT.S "IT Security". This Directorate is reinforcing IT Security capability and resources to meet the rising challenge of cybersecurity.

From November 2016 until May 2017, he was Acting Director for Digital Business Solutions, responsible for providing information systems for the Commission, subsequently, since July 2017, he has been Acting Head of CERT-EU, the Computer Emergency Response Team for the EU Institutions and Agencies.


Jesper Lillelund

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.


Jipson Mathew

Country Head, TATA Consultancy Services Belgium

Jipson Mathew is the Country Head, Belgium of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Since 2012, Jipson leads TCS’ business in Belgium by exploring new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and managing P&L responsibility.

With over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting and business management, Jipson is an expert in leading ICT solutions sales and new market strategies. Since joining TCS in 2004, Jipson has held different consulting and management profiles. Prior to TCS, Jipson worked with EY where he concentrated on Audit and Assurance Services.

Jipson holds an MBA in Business Finance from Oxford Brooks University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune, India. He is also a certified Enterprise Solutions Consultant (SAP FI&CO).

Jipson is an Advisory Board Member of the European Outsourcing Association (Belgium Chapter) and an Honorary Board Member of the ‘not-for-profit’ organization Dyslexia International. 


Indranil Mukherjee
Cyber Security Practice - Head UK & Europe, Tata Consultancy Services

Indranil Mukherjee comes with 20 years of international IT Security Services experience and is a part of TCS Cyber Security Practice. Indranil has successfully designed and delivered security solutions to major financial and insurance organisations in USA, UK, Japan, India and Latin America. In the UK he has been leading TCS security teams in NEST, Friends Life, Lloyds, RBS and other financial institutions as lead Enterprise Security Architect.

He comes with his industry know how, lessons learnt and best practices captured with experience of delivering secure futuristic solutions for banking/financial services firms. 


Swastik Mukherjee
Cyber Security Practice Lead - Benelux, Tata Consultancy Services

Swastik Mukherjee is responsible for TCS Cyber Security Practice within Benelux. He has 11 years of functional experience in IT Consulting, Information Risk Management Advisory Services, Data Privacy Program Management, Sales and Client Engagement.

In his earlier role, Swastik lead Privacy and Data Protection Centre of Excellence globally within TCS Cyber Security Practice.

He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and has a Master of Business Administration and Master in Business Law.
