Sales Director

The role is to bring in new business selling sponsorship, content and lead generation services to sales and marketing executives of business services firms. More information about our services and offerings can be found here.

In addition to the demand generation activities we have a named account list which will require someone with a good network and drive to develop the relationships with sales and marketing executives in those accounts.

The Role

  • Develop new business for CorporateLeaders
  • Achieving sales quotas, generate and qualify all leads and sales opportunities
  • Make outbound sales calls to targeted customers and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Attend sales meetings
  • Build a sales team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key executives
  • Provide regular sales projections and reports
  • Represent CorporateLeaders at networking events, trade shows and industry events
  • Flexibility to build the role and its scope to meet business and sales objectives

The Person

  • We are looking for a hunter not a farmer
  • At least 3 years proven sales track record selling to sales and marketing executives at large business services and consulting firms
  • Superior prospecting skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas
  • Experience and demonstrated achievement in Strategic sales, relationship, and account management
  • Network and previous experience in selling to business services and consulting firms
  • Fluent in English other languages an asset
