Steve Bevan is the EMEA Payroll Manager at EMC with responsibility for the end to end Payroll process. Prior to joining EMC Steve Bevan worked in Payroll Manager/Supervisor positions with either EMEA or UK payroll responsibility at several companies including Apple Computers, Carlsberg Tetley, Whitbread, Iceland Foods and Warburton’s. Steve is an experienced Payroll Manager, notable is his experience with SAP as he has implemented or worked with SAP Payroll in several roles. Steve is returning to education this year and is currently taking the BA (Hons) Applied Business and Management course through the CIPP at The University of Derby.

Tim Johnson is serving as the Vice President of Multi National Sales for Europe. In this role, Tim is responsible for ADP’s sales to large, multinational organizations in Europe. He works closely with ADP Talent and the National Account sales teams in the ADP International countries to ensure ADP maximizes its share in the fastgrowing MNC market. Tim has been with ADP for 6 years, Previous to this he was the Vice President Major Accounts
in the ADP UK Sales organization. Tim brings 23 years of leadership experience to his new assignment and has an impressive history of building high performance teams and overachieving his sales targets. Prior to joining ADP, Tim was a Sales Executive with Verizon Business where he managed teams selling complex communications solutions to global accounts. He began his sales career with Pitney Bowes. Tim also served for 6 years in the British Royal Navy as a Marine Engineering Officer, finishing his career as a Lieutenant with a Masters in Nuclear Reactor Technology. Tim, his wife Joanne, and 3 sons live in Bath, UK and all have a keen interest in sailboat racing and cruising.

 Joe Williams is the Director of Global Payroll Operations at Lenovo. Lenovo is a US$21.6 billion personal technology company serving customers in more than 160 countries. Formed by Lenovo Group’s acquisition of the former IBM Personal Computing Division, the company develops, manufactures and markets reliable, high-quality, secure and easy-to-use technology products and services.

Prior to joining Lenovo, Joe was the Senior Director of Payroll Operations at YRC Worldwide Inc. YRC Worldwide is a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest transportation service providers in the world. The enterprise provides global transportation services, transportation management solutions and logistics management. In addition, Joe retired from the U. S. Marine Corps as a Captain in 1994 with over 20 years of honorable service where he supported U.S. Marines worldwide prior to transitioning to a new civilian career. Joe’s area of expertise has consistently been focused in financial management where he has over 20 years of experience in the payroll/finance/accounting profession.

Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting) in 1984 from Auburn University and a Master of Science degree in Financial Management in 1990 from The Naval Post-Graduate School. Joe is a Certified Payroll Professional and is currently a member of the APA’s Strategic Payroll Leadership Task Force.
