Karen Beaman

A widely recognized global HR industry leader, Karen Beaman has 30 years of experience in the fields of information systems and human resource management. Before founding Jeitosa in 2004, Karen built and managed several other highly-regarded global consulting businesses. She is a recognized global leader, having lived and worked internationally for over 15 years and through her research on transnational models, shared services, global mindset, and the globalization of HR and HRIS. She is the chief researcher for Jeitosa’s annual Going Global Survey and other benchmarking efforts, focused on uncovering leading practices in effective, efficient, and innovative global organizational management.


Marc Peeters

(Former VP Philips People Services Administration & Payroll)

Marc Peeters has set up a worldwide Administration and Payroll organization within Philips. Serving >90.000 employees in 27 Countries. In this role Marc had profit and loss responsibilities, managed the organizational set up, the outsourcing contract (partner) and was responsible for >300 FTEs. Administration and Payroll is part of the world wide HR shared service center called Philips People Services. PPS is being rolled out to regional Shared services centers.

Marc started to work for TPVision October 2011. TPVision is a standalone company since April 1st 2012 focusing on the TV business. TPVision is 70 % owned by TPV and 30 % owned by Philips. In his current role Marc is responsible for IT worldwide and managing the transformation of IT, HR and F&A towards a completely new set up of the company.


During his career Marc has held several senior positions. His career started at KPN Research where he advised the business on multimedia and business communications. Marc was national/international Marketing manager for broadband services within KPN Telecom. In 1998 Marc became Manager New Business Development within TNT. Marc managed an internet startup until 2010. And started with Philips as Program manager eBusiness and served all consumer facing Philips divisions. In all these roles Marc has lead transformation and change.

Recently Marc has been co-author of the book ’HR Service Center Visionary Club’. Which was a co-operation between HR shared service leaders of Kirkman Company, Ahold, Shell, ING and Unilever.

Rob Verweij

Rob Verweij is Global Sales Director at ADP Multinational Sales. In this role Rob is responsible for sales to Multinational organizations with Headquarters or regional Headquarters in the BeNeLux.

Rob started working for ADP per December last year. Prior to that Rob worked for about ten years in different commercial and managerial roles at leading ICT-companies delivering services in the HR marketplace. Next to that Rob also has worked for a period of five years in the application outsourcing space, having worked with companies like IBM and Capgemini.

Core competenties are HRO/BPO, dealshaping, strategic selling and bidmanagement.
