Jesper Lillelund

Jesper Lillelund is a Co-founder and Partner at CorporateLeaders and has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper focuses on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to starting CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.

Eric Sorin

Global Head of HR Center of Expertise
Nokia Siemens Networks

Eric Sorin holds a master degree in Human resources from the Sorbonne university in Paris. He started his career with Thomson Consumer Electronics where he faced the sensitive task of closing industrial sites and organizing the redeployment of hundreds of redundant employees (mostly blue collars). This 1st and “tough” experience shaped some of his core beliefs as a HR professional.

He then joined Hewlett Packard in 1988 where he held a number of roles for the PC and Network businesses (recruitment, HR Development, HR manager, C&B). He relocated to the UK in 1999 and was soon appointed as Director of Compensation for the EMEA region where he drove the integration of Compensation programs following the acquisition of Compaq.

After 15 years spent at HP, Eric joined Nokia in 2004 as Global Head of Compensation. He transitioned to the newly formed Nokia Siemens Networks joint venture in 2007 as Global Head of C&B in charge of aligning related programs and policies for 60.000 employees in more than 100 countries.

Since 2009, Eric is the Global Head of the HR Centre of Expertise for NSN where he leads a team of 75 HR experts distributed in 25 countries, responsible for developing and deploying the HR corporate initiatives in the area of Talent, Leadership & Organization Development and also Compensation & Benefits.

Eric is married with 3 children and lives in Munich since 2007.

Paul Swinscoe
Director of Sales and Marketing Europe,

Paul Swinscoe is Director of Sales and Marketing Europe for Raytheon Professional Services LLC (RPS), a unit of Raytheon Company. Delivering more than eight million hours of custom training in 28 languages to learners in more than 70 countries each year, RPS is a global leader in training services and outsourcing. RPS improves clients’ business performance by redesigning how they train their employees, customers and partners; implementing their new training design; and managing their training in long-term outsourcing engagements.

Paul is currently responsible for ensuring that Raytheon’s learning solutions meet the needs of a wide variety of clients and among them clients from the Automotive Industry as well as the UK’s Defence Training Review Rationalisation Program. He has been involved with that program since 2002, and was instrumental in developing the winning training solution.

Paul’s extensive program management experience spans across the corporate and military learning arena. He began his career with British Aerospace in the aircraft design office before becoming a pilot with British Airways. In the USA he joined Hughes Flight Simulation rising to Software Engineering Manager, responsible for development of commercial and military flight simulators.

His expertise in creating large scale engineering designs, led to his career transition from engineering manager to program management and subsequently to business development. He was a key contributor to the establishment of the General Motors, Europe, Academy. This highly successful outsource provides extensive training services in over 20 European countries.

Paul has subsequently led several strategic assessments for clients on the future of their learning organizations. Today, he leads RPS’ EMEA Sales and Marketing efforts across EMEA to expand Raytheon’s training presence in defence and commercial markets.

He is a qualified Raytheon Six Sigma™ Specialist.
