Philip Anderson
Chairman, Global Business Partnership Alliance (GBPA)

Philip Anderson has extensive experience of meeting the challenges of collaboration and inter-company relationships, working across many major corporations and different geographies. This includes CEO of an insurance joint venture in SE Asia, managing partner of an award winning consulting and technology business that he cofounded, and chairman of Global Business Partnership Alliance (GBPA).

On behalf of GBPA, Philip facilitates initiatives to develop new insights into achieving greater business effectiveness and innovation through internal collaboration and business partnering. This includes acting as advisor, mentor and coach to senior
executives, and facilitating the development of more effective relationships between customer organisations, key suppliers and outsourcing partners across Europe, the Americas, China and India.

Philip also provides pro bono mentoring to young people, and to the CEOs of a charity helping the most troubled of young people and to the leader of a penal reform campaign.

Philip is a seasoned facilitator, public speaker, management consultant and coach, advising on strategy, leadership, consultative engagement skills and collaborative relationships, drawing on best practice, insights and practical solutions from across many different sectors.

Philip is married with four daughters, three of whom are happily settled in employment; the youngest is in her last year at school. His wife is a writer and communications advisor.

Jesper Lillelund

Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, unique branding, networking and market development skills with his keen sense of business, focusing on making business transformation (shared services and business process outsourcing BPO) and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to starting CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas

Paul Swinscoe

Director of Sales and Marketing Europe,

Paul Swinscoe is Director of Sales and Marketing Europe for Raytheon Professional Services LLC (RPS), a unit of Raytheon Company. Delivering more than eight million hours of custom training in 28 languages to learners in more than 70 countries each year, RPS is a global leader in training services and outsourcing. RPS improves clients’ business performance by redesigning how they train their employees, customers and partners; implementing their new training design; and managing their training in long-term outsourcing engagements.

Paul is currently responsible for ensuring that Raytheon’s learning solutions meet the needs of a wide variety of clients and among them clients from the Automotive Industry as well as the UK’s Defence Training Review Rationalisation Program. He has been involved with that program since 2002, and was instrumental in developing the winning training solution.

Paul’s extensive program management experience spans across the corporate and military learning arena. He began his career with British Aerospace in the aircraft design office before becoming a pilot with British Airways. In the USA he joined Hughes Flight Simulation rising to Software Engineering Manager, responsible for development of commercial and military flight simulators.

His expertise in creating large scale engineering designs, led to his career transition from engineering manager to program management and subsequently to business development. He was a key contributor to the establishment of the General Motors, Europe, Academy. This highly successful outsource provides extensive training services in over 20 European countries.

Paul has subsequently led several strategic assessments for clients on the future of their learning organizations. Today, he leads RPS’ EMEA Sales and Marketing efforts across EMEA to expand Raytheon’s training presence in defence and commercial markets.

He is a qualified Raytheon Six Sigma™ Specialist.
