Susan Goldsworthy
CEO, Goldswolf Sarl & Associates – Awarding Winning Author and Former Olympic Finalist

Founder and CEO of Goldswolf & Associates, Susan Goldsworthy is co-author of double award-winning books Choosing Change and Care to Dare. Susan combines experience from the fields of sports (she is a former Olympic Finalist, European & Commonwealth Medalist), business (former Vice President Communications Tetra Pak) and neuroscience (Executive Masters in Neuroscience of Leadership and MSc is in Coaching & Consulting for Change).

Currently working on her doctorate in organisational change, Susan has in depth corporate and academic experience in helping people and organisations to turn knowledge into behavior & in creating the conditions for healthy high performance. Susan is also an associate of Genesis Advisers, known for their transition work based on the best-selling book, The First 90 Days, and she works with a number of the world’s leading business schools, as well as with a variety of companies and individuals. She lives in Switzerland with her family.

 


Jesper Lillelund
Partner & Co-Founder, CorporateLeaders
Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.


Aimee O’Malley
Global Learning & Development Business Partner, Google

Aimee is the Global Learning & Development Business Partner for Google's Global Client organisation, working with the creatives and sellers supporting the highest-revenue brand clients at Google. She is responsible for designing strategies that enable these teams to innovate, develop & grow across all spectrums of personal development. Originally from the USA, Aimee has enjoyed an international career that has seen her live and work across Europe & America and is a frequent speaker on learning, people & data at international conferences.

Prior to Google, she held various communications and leadership roles across politics and start-ups, including a stint working as the Deputy Operations Director in Ohio for the Barack Obama presidential campaign & the Digital Communications Director for CareerMee.com. She holds a B.A in International Relations from Northwestern University and is on the Board of Trustees for Magic Me, an East-London arts charity.



Steve Thompson
Director Business Development EMEA, Raytheon Professional Services

Steve Thompson is Director of Business Development for Raytheon Professional Services LLC (RPS), a unit of Raytheon Company. Delivering more than seven million hours of custom training in 34 languages, to learners in more than 140 countries, RPS are a global provider of training and learning services that drive measurable results.

Steve has 25 years of leadership experience with a primary focus on operations, business development, project management, and transition; he is a subject matter expert in project management including implementation and adaptation of processes. He has held several positions within the RPS management team in the UK and EMEA headquarters over the last 14 years. In his current role as Director of Business Development, he is responsible for expanding RPS’ business in Europe, Middle East and Africa in the commercial segment. Under his leadership, RPS EMEA will continue to strive to be the best training provider worldwide.

Steve is also a serving Non-Executive Director of the Institute of the Motor Industry Awards Ltd (IMIAL), representing training interests on behalf of dealers and manufacturer in the UK automotive sector.

With 23 years experience in learning and development, and human resources, Kim’s career has spanned global corporates, international banking, professional services and more recently as Global Director of Learning and Development at American Express Global Business Travel (GBT).

Kim places huge importance on partnering business units across the organisation, change enablement and innovation, to ensure learning and development is a valuable contributor to the overall business agenda. Kim’s overall ethos is based on developing agile solutions that deliver long-lasting employee engagement for the organisation, whilst placing the learner back at the heart of the strategy.

In her current role, Kim is leading a global learning change program to drive individual engagement and establish a continuous learning culture, where multi-channel learning solutions, knowledge management and adaptive learning enable the firm to continually improve and grow.
