Ulrich Lenz
Professor and Dean of Faculty Business Psychology,
University of Applied Sciences

Ulrich Lenz works as Dean of Faculty Business Psychology at the University of Applied Management (UAM), Ismaning/Munich, Germany. Change Management, Organisational Development, and Project Management are his key teaching areas. The UAM is the biggest privately owned university in Bavaria and consists of approx. 2,600 students in Germany.

Ulrich has 25+ years of profound leadership experience, namely in utilities, special purpose machinery manufacturing, and real estate. As Senior Vice President, he was responsible for complex change programs, M&A processes, executive development, and supporting a major sales organisation. As a Senior Project Manager, Ulrich was responsible for the implementation of learning management systems and learning innovations. Furthermore, he has many years experience in management consulting projects. Ulrich has worked in international projects in the Americas, China, and Australia. He is a committed management coach, author, speaker, and consultant.

David Letts
President, Raytheon Professional Services

A 30-year veteran of the HR and learning fields, Daivd has led Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) since 2001, guiding efforts to design, implement and extend some of the largest, most innovative and most sophisticated training outsourcing engagements that today set the standard for the industry. In so doing, David has expanded RPS’ business model beyond its automotive core to other industries, including defence, pharmaceutical, financial services, healthcare and utilities.

David has also managed the training operations for Raytheon’s corporate university.
His expertise in strategic planning, client focus and operational excellence has been instrumental in making RPS a global training and learning services outsourcing provider. Under his leadership, RPS has consistently generated a client satisfaction rating of above 95 percent and earned several awards for client programmes. In 2017 RPS has also been recognised as a leader for Business Process Services in the learning market by NelsonHall.

David earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova University and a master’s degree in industrial psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. David is a frequent panellist and speaker at industry conferences and also a qualified Raytheon Six Sigma™ Specialist.


Jesper Lillelund
Partner & Co-Founder, CorporateLeaders
Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.

Lars Meinel
VP - Global Head of Learning & Development, Head of Global
People Performance, Atos

Lars Meinel is a Vice President at Atos, responsible for Global Learning & Development as well as Global People Performance.

Lars started his career with Siemens AG in Munich, first by conducting a dual study program with Siemens and the University of Applied Sciences in Ingolstadt and after by working as a Consultant for Supply Chain Management. Lars deepened his operational competences in Siemens and later on in Atos by managing a major customer contract in the Managed Services area. For that client, he served as Service Delivery Manager in the first years and then as a Global Contract Manager later on.

Prior to his current position, Lars was responsible for the joint business development and global alliance management with one of Atos’ strategic business partners.

Jerry Pico
Senior Learning Program Manager, Allianz

Jerry Pico is a strategic learning, leadership and organisation development executive with deep expertise in the strategic architecture, design and implementation of people development programs across the full talent value-chain. He is passionate about developing people and the organisational capabilities to support them. 

Jerry has 20 years of international consulting and in-house experience in the US, Germany and Switzerland with leading companies in the financial and professional services, technology and FMCG sectors: Allianz, Wells Fargo, Ernst & Young, Korn/Ferry, Google, ABB, Daniel Swarovski and W.L. Gore. 

He completed his Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organisation Development at the University of San Francisco, and is certified in several methods of coaching and facilitation.

Jerry currently lives in Munich with his wife and seven-year-old son, and works at Allianz SE where he is a Senior Learning Programs Manager serving a global expert client group.

Steve Thompson
Director Business Development EMEA, Raytheon Professional Services
Steve Thompson is Director of Business Development for Raytheon Professional Services LLC (RPS), a unit of Raytheon Company. Delivering more than seven million hours of custom training in 34 languages, to learners in more than 140 countries, RPS are a global provider of training and learning services that drive measurable results.

Steve has 25 years of leadership experience with a primary focus on operations, business development, project management, and transition; he is a subject matter expert in project management including implementation and adaptation of processes. He has held several positions within the RPS management team in the UK and EMEA headquarters over the last 14 years. In his current role as Director of Business Development, he is responsible for expanding RPS’ business in Europe, Middle East and Africa in the commercial segment. Under his leadership, RPS EMEA will continue to strive to be the best training provider worldwide.

Steve is also a serving Non-Executive Director of the Institute of the Motor Industry Awards Ltd (IMIAL), representing training interests on behalf of dealers and manufacturer in the UK automotive sector.
