WNS, HBP to develop leadership programme

WNS announced that it has partnered with Harvard Business Publishing (HBP), a premier publisher of management practices, programmes and content, to strengthen WNS’ leadership development programme for senior and middle management executives.

This is among the first such leadership development programmes to be developed between a BPO company and HBP.

The leadership development programmes titled ’The Leadership Series and The Management Series’, will provide WNS executives with intensive leadership and management training through both structured classroom and online courses, with content provided by HBP. Upon completion of these programmes, the participants will receive a certificate.
