More Than 500 CxOs Align On How To Move Forward

It’s been more than 365 days since the World Health Organization declared Covid-19 a global pandemic. Over the last year, we’ve seen companies pivot, adapt to a new normal or disrupt industries altogether. Now, we’re finally starting to see what our new future will look like.

According to findings from our recently released 2021 Forbes CxO Growth Survey—a global study of 500 CEOs, CMOs, CIOs, CFOs and CHROs at companies with more than $1 billion in annual revenue found that 90 percent of C-suite executives are confident about their organization’s post-pandemic recovery.

In many ways, the last year was a significant reboot for brands worldwide—with 8 in 10 C-suite executives saying they used the pandemic to “reset” their businesses. Of course, with every reset, there comes the moment you need to turn the power back on. Now, companies are focusing on building a more resilient brand to get ahead of whatever is ahead.

Thanks to insights gathered from CxOs worldwide, our research uncovered a set of key strategies to help guide brands in building that resiliency and powering back on so that they can tactically move forward into the future.

1. Accelerate digital transformation. The vast majority of CxOs (80 percent according to our survey) have digital transformation top of mind as they power on.
