Dr. Bruno Colmant
Professor at Vlerick, UCL and ULB, member of the Royal Academy of Belgium, Partner Roland Berger Strategy Consultants
Dr. Bruno Colmant is a member of the management team of the Roland Berger Brussels office and responsible for the Financial Services competence center and is a well-known expert in corporate finance, financial markets, risk management, accountancy and tax law. Moreover, he has a deep understanding of banking and insurance.

Before joining Roland Berger, Bruno held several top management positions in financial services: CEO of ING Luxembourg, CFO of ING Belgium and member of the Board of Directors, Cabinet head of the Belgian Finance ministry, CEO of the Brussels Stock Exchange, member of the management committee of the New York Stock Exchange and co-CEO of Ageas.

Bruno is a member of several Boards, including Alcopa, Vlerick and Royal Park Investments. In addition, he is the president of the Belgian CFA Society. Bruno also teaches finance at several Belgian universities (Solvay, Vlerick, ICHEC and UCL) and is the author of over 40 books. He is also a columnist for the Belgian press and a member of the Royal Academy of Belgium.

Bruno is a commercial engineer from the Solvay Business School and holds a master in fiscal law and MBA (Purdue University, Indiana, US) and a PhD in applied economics sciences (Solvay Business School). He holds several professional distinctions such as CFA, FRM, PRM, ISMA, and CIA.

 


Marco Cordes
CFO, IBM Global Technology Services, IMT Benelux
Marco Cordes (1965) is CFO, IBM Global Technology Services, IMT Benelux, responsible for all technology services business. The services team consists of approximately 4000 people in Strategic Outsourcing, ICT projects and Maintenance business for our clients in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

During his finance career at IBM, Marco has consistently demonstrated the ability to combine the finance profession with a business centric approach. He has a strong focus on transformation and optimization: these capabilities have enabled him to integrate various acquisitions and turn them around in fully operational business units. The same competencies have also helped him to strive for a high quality finance team, where advice to the business is central and employees are encouraged to act as trusted business advisor.

Marco joined IBM in 1988 and his experience spans Accounting, Business Controls, Pricing, Consolidation, Finance. He joined the IBM services organization 10 years ago and has been active in various finance management roles.

Jesper Lillelund

Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.

 



Arjan Mooldijk

Arjan Mooldijk is the business development leader for the BeNeLux Business Resilience Consulting team. Arjan has extensive cross industry experience from Business Continuity & Risk Management engagements. Furthermore, he has been part of the Global Resilience Consulting Core team supporting international IBM clients across the world with risk related challenges.
 


Ralf Verberne
Senior Managing Consultant, IBM Business Resilience Practice
Ralf Verberne is a certified Business Continuity Manager and part of the leadership team of the Benelux IBM Business Resilience Consulting Practice. Ralf has been engaged with a wide variety of clients on Business Continuity and Security Management challenges. Ralf has an extensive experience in bridging between the client’s business organization and IT organization and easily translates Risk and Process perspectives between these two.
