| John is a senior Programme Director with 29 years experience in the Insurance and Banking Industries. He has been involved in many change projects and has spent much of his career working in IT. He is currently Global Head of Finance Shared Services responsible for the establishment of a Finance Shared Service centres in Poland and India. Transactional Finance roles from Zurich’s German, Swiss, UK and US business units have been transitioned to these Service Centres.
Most of the change programmes John has been involved with have been transformational and had a multi geography dimension involving project teams from different countries or companies working together. He has been responsible for programmes in many parts of Europe, India, USA and Asia. John lives in the UK but is currently working out of Zurich. |

At EquaTerra, Martin is managing the Nordic Business Process Advisory Practice. From a functional perspective Martin has deep experience in Finance & Accounting, Procurement and IT services Before joining EquaTerra Martin was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and IBM. When working for PwC Martin was assigned to the European Centre of Expertise with focus on Finance and Procurement Operations Transformation. Martin has a Major in Engineering from Uppsala University in Sweden and Purdue University in USA. |

Neil specialises in improving the performance of BPO functions through effective organisation, processes and the use of technology. He has particular experience and interest in developing the role of outsource providers to be a partner to the corporation and a creator of value for the business. |

| Carina Smith is Head of Business Process Outsourcing Business Development in Europe, with responsibility for a region in the fastest growing area of the Capgemini Group. Carina Smith has been responsible for closing several recent ground breaking deals in the BPO sector including F&A projects at NXP, TetraPak, SKF, Syngenta, Danfoss, ZFS and Stora Enso. She is recognised as an innovator with a strong track record in realising value from strategic partnerships and has grown the Capgemini BPO portfolio by 300% in 2 years. Prior to joining Capgemini, Carina Smith worked in sales and general management for Xansa, EDS and Sema in roles spanning BPO, IT Outsourcing and new business start ups. Carina is a German national, multi-lingual and has previously managed German and Spanish businesses. |
