Leaders! addresses 3 fundamental pillars of leadership:
- Self Awareness - For example Knowing yourself and Career Management
- Leading and Influencing - For example Team Work, People management and Communications skills
- Vision and Execution - For example Business Partnering and Innovation
Programs typically run over a 3-month period composing of 8 sessions of 2-3 hours with a maximum of 12 participants per group.
The intimate format is highly interactive with discussion, role-playing and pre-assigned reading to trigger thinking, group discussions to challenge viewpoints and build experience.
Facilitators consist of executives and facilitators from CorporateLeaders (former senior executives, leadership coaches and guest speakers).
CorporateLeaders works with the organization to develop a custom program that addresses the specific skills sets linked to business strategy.
The program developed by leaders for leaders and created by Marianne Abib-Pech, Managing Director of “Leadership” for CorporateLeaders, former CFO of Shell Aviation and author of the Financial Times Guide to Leadership.
The program is based on the book and is inspired by her leadership development at Arthur Andersen and leadership training as an identified high potential of GE including executive training at Harvard Business School. It is also based on a similar program that was successfully implemented at Shell (nominated for CFO Award).
