Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texa

Luq Niazi
Managing Partner and General Manager

Luq is the Managing Partner and General Manager for IBM Global Business Services (IBM GBS) in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg (BeNeLux) responsible for IBM’s consulting, systems integration and application management services for our clients in the Communications, Distribution, Industrial, Financial Services, Public and General Business Sectors

Prior to this role Luq was the Managing Partner for IBM GBS Communications Sector for UK and Ireland and was responsible for IBM’s consulting, systems integration and application services work for clients in the Energy & Utilities, Media & Entertainment and Telco industries.

Luq has over 18 years of experience in Communications, Industrial and Public Sector clients with a track record of major business and technology transformations for both multinational and national clients with a primary focus on network, asset, customer service and enterprise sevice transformation particularly with Energy & Utilities and Oil & Gas companies. His experience includes industry transformation, new operating model design & implementation, business process re-engineering, organisation design & change management, programme and project management and the full range of IT advisory, consulting and systems delivery work including outsourcing.

Luq joined the management consulting division of Coopers & Lybrand in 1997 from industry which became PwC Consulting (PwCC) in 1998 and was acquired by IBM in 2002 to form IBM GBS. Luq was appointed as a Partner in IBM GBS in 2003.

Prior to joining the firm Luq was a project manager in the air traffic industry specialising in privately financed programmes to design, build and operate air traffic control services throughout Scotland and Northern England.

Luq holds a BSc in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University and a MBA from The Management School, Imperial College, London. He is Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology.
