Chris Altmikus
Co-founder,

Co-founder of iDeA-Link, Chris Altmikus today serves international businesses and industry clients as an independant Business Coach and Change Catalyt. His professional services comprise Executive Coaching, Organizational & Team Coaching as well as supporting his clients as a Business Partner in leading multi-dimensional change programmes, such as HR Transformation.

Before founding iDeA-Link, Chris Altmikus has been working with Alcoa since 1998. There he held various international management and HR leadership roles. Most recently Chris has been leading Alcoa’s European Organizational Design Practice. Since 2002 he has held key accountabilities in Alcoa’s European HR Transformation, including the deployment and management of Alcoa’s European HR Shared Services delivery organization. Prior Chris Altmikus has also served as a European HR Business Partner with a key focus on business turnaround and restructuring. Before moving into Human Capital Management, Chris Altmikus also worked in operations, finance as well as supply chain management, where he has lead and supported a number of deployment initiatives of the Alcoa Business System.

Prior to joining Alcoa, Chris Altmikus has been an international advisor in industrial economics with CERNA (Paris) focusing on the restructuring of the metals industry sector in Eastern Europe as well as the dynamics of raw materials trading.

Wichard Bieze
Senior Director Global Rewards,

Wichard Bieze is Senior Director Global Rewards at NXP Semiconductors, based in the Netherlands. He has 18 years of international experience in business roles as well as successive HR roles.

In his current capacity in the Global Rewards team Wichard is responsible for Managing executive compensation policies and application towards NXP's top-100 executives, Design and implemention of rewards programs and systems, as well as driving HR workstreams in M&A processes. Prior to this he was responsible for HR in the European Sales & Marketing organization. Wichard has been a part of NXP semiconductors since its "birth" from Philips in 2006.

Working for the headoffice of Royal Philips Electronics in Amsterdam from 2000 to 2006, he held roles in Management Development and as HR business partner. In the first stage of his career Wichard gained general business experience as a publisher and as manager of post-graduate education programs and the business school of the Univerity of Amsterdam.

Wichard has a Master degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

Xavier Boissinot

Xavier Boissinot is currently Chief Operating Officer for Human Resources Group at BNP Paribas based in Paris. His responsabilities cover Organisation, HR Service Model & Process as well as HR Information System. He has also under his scope the direct supervision of the HR Shared Services Center for Administration & Payroll in France. Xavier has a solid international experience in reorganisation and operational restructuration in the banking industry.

Xavier started his career as a Business Analyst, first at W.R. Grace in New York and then in Paris at BNP Paribas, designing and implementing financial reporting & cash management systems for the international locations. He then joined the General Inspection of the Bank as an Internal Auditor for 4 years and conducted various missions in the major centers wordlwide addressing in particular risk management, organisation, information technology and financial back office.

From 1998 to 2008, Xavier took several management positions as Chief Operating Officer of BNP Paribas entities in Luxembourg, Singapore and Geneva, mainly for Wealth Management business. This international experience gave him the opportunity to lead major transformation projects such as EURO, Y2K, merger & spin-off, regional back office and IT hub implementation, providing him with an extensive operational background.

In october 2008, Xavier has taken new responsabilities within Human Resources for BNP Paribas Group. He has been deeply involved with the integration of Fortis Bank in 2009 and is now reviewing the strategy for the Group on HR Service Models & IT tools in order to reinforce HR operational framework.

Jacques Bossonney

Jacques Bossonney is the Managing Director of Futurestep’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) across EMEA. He is also a member of Futurestep’s Global RPO Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Mr. Bossonney was responsible for managing ADP’s multinational consulting and sales across Europe, delivering HR and payroll outsourcing solutions to large global corporations. Mr. Bossonney has been involved in the design and negotiation of several global and regional outsourcing agreements with clients in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications and oil and gas.

Mr. Bossonney has 25 years of industry and professional experience, specializing in the leadership of consulting and management teams with a solid experience in recruiting, as well as leading consulting and sales professionals. He possesses nearly 20 years of relevant work experience, previously working for IBM, Digital Equipment, Amdahl, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Compuware in Michigan and New York.

Mr. Bossonney earned a master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a DESS (post-graduated degree) from the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises of Lyon, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Université of Lyon (France). Mr. Bossonney is fluent in English and French.

Eric Cornu
Director HR Transformation and SSC,
Philip Morris International

Eric Cornu has worked in the HR transformation area for the past 4 years. He joined the project in Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) at its early stage leading the development and the implementation of the HR systems portfolio. Since April 08 he is heading the PMI global HR transformation program and its Shared Service Center thus being in charge of the service delivery too. Prior to that he held various managerial positions in the field of Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, International Assignments and was also the Head of Compensation for PMI.

Through his experience in the PMI HR Transformation project, Eric has played a leading role in all key transformation areas such as business process re-engineering, systems and portal development and deployment, local transformation, change management and service delivery. Increasingly, the business recognizes that the HR transformation has brought greater transparency, managerial empowerment and enabled the HR Business Partners to increase their strategic contribution while delivering cost savings. With the positive results already obtained in the more than 30 countries operating under the new model, the solution is being further deployed in Africa, Latin America and Asia.

Eric holds a Master in Human Resources Management and a degree in computer sciences. He speaks fluently English, French and Spanish. He has worked in Spain, France, Switzerland and is now based in Krakow, Poland.

Rob Divall  

Head of HR Shared Services Integration,
Lloyds Banking Group

Rob's  career experience spans roles within Operational & Programme Delivery, Organisational & Capability Development and Change Management. He has spent much of the last 10 years delivering within or establishing HR Shared Service operations.

His current role is to create the new HR Shared Service function for Lloyds Banking Group achieving significant target synergies in operational running costs through a single integrated HR back office. The scope of the service is inclusive of all onshore and offshore colleague administration and data, payroll, pension and recruitment operations and colleague employee relations guidance.  The creation of an effective organizational design as well as  property, sourcing and technology strategies are all key enablers to this significant change implementation.

Rob has previously worked within Halifax Bank of Scotland as Head of HR Programmes where he was responsible for the delivery and governance of the HR Change & Transformation portfolio and the  functional HR business and financial plan. Prior to joining HBOS, Rob was a successful Senior Programme Manager in Accenture HR Services. He was accountable for implementing outsourcing contracts and leading project teams from across both Accenture and the client organisation to design and implement the transition programme to the outsource shared service delivery model. Here he gained a broader experience of  the financial services and construction sectors as well as refining his consulting, programme management and B2B customer expertise

Rob's previous experience has been from 9 years working in the Retail sector at Boots the Chemist and The Big Food Group. Here he delivered in Senior Organisational Change and Programme positions that included establishing a new HR operating model as well as operating within numerous customer facing commercial roles.

Alan Himmer
Global Head of Human Resources Transformation and Organisation Effectiveness, BAT

Alan started as a management consultant doing M&A work for several years in Eastern Europe, joining British American Tobacco from Deloitte in 1994 as HR Director Uzbekistan. With BAT, Alan has worked 10 years in HR (leading regional HR for Eastern Europe, Southern Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America) and 5 years outside of HR (Managing Director roles for Scandinavia and China, Regional General Manager Asia-Pacific, and a development year in brand marketing). For the past 18 months, he has been based in London double-hatted as Global Head of Organisation Effectiveness and Global Head of HR Transformation.

Alan is a citizen of the USA and UK, married with two young sons, and has lived and worked in eight countries. He is proficient in Russian and Polish, and operational in French, having studied diplomatic service at Georgetown University (USA) and business at Warsaw School of Economics (Poland) and Harvard Business School (USA). In his free time:  sails, shoots and skis.
