| Gianni Giacomelli is Head of Strategy and Marketing in the BPO business unit of SAP. He joined SAP in late 2004, and has more than 16 years of experience in organizational development, transformation strategy and related services.
He has served previously in companies such as Boston Consulting Group, Danone and Datamonitor, and in US-based consulting firm Everest prior to joining SAP. He is a widely published thought leader in the outsourcing/offshoring/G&A transformation space. | John Hacquebard leads the Employee & Labour Relations Center of Excellence for Honeywell Inc. in EMEA. The Labour Relations Center of Excellence ensures the coordination of the Labour Relations strategies and tactics for Honeywell in EMEA across the 5 Strategic Business Groups which employ in total 30.000 people across Europe. The Center further coordinates and leads the Honeywell European Works Council relations and supports the Europe wide local works council and union relationships in the businesses. John has instated a rigorous business discipline for a timely and strategic information and consultation processes across Europe and is acting as the focal point for Business Leaders, HR Leaders as well as works council members for the coordination of all initiatives related to the information and consultation requirements of Honeywell in EMEA. His networking and expert knowledge have built up an increased awareness of and good practice in information and consultation with the objective to facilitate the realization of country and/or EMEA wide business initiatives. | Tobias Kuehr started his career at Deutsche Telekom in 2002. Since than, Tobias has held various international positions within the company, e.g. within the innovation management department of T-Systems International in San Mateo, USA and as a senior consultant of Deutsche Telekom’s internal consulting unit in Bonn, Germany. Before joining Deutsche Telekom’s HR SSC, he was jointly responsible for the business development process of Vivento (Deutsche Telekom’s internal employment agency) focusing the founding of new companies in different business fields (e.g. call centre-, technical-, and sales services). Within the HR SSC, Tobias takes responsibility for business development and –optimization. Amongst others he introduced the internal productivity and efficiency program, which aims to significantly increase efficiency and reduce complexity within HR SSC processes. In his most recent role he was Global Learning and Development director for Kimberly-Clark heading up a team of twenty individuals and dividing his time between Neenah, Wisconsin and Reigate, UK. Rick has a long standing interest in recruitment processes and has led graduate recruitment in several companies. Rick graduated from Sheffield University with a First Class Honours degree in Chemical Engineering, later gaining a Distinction in a Diploma of Management Studies in Kent. He became a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development in 1991. Rick’s home is Sevenoaks, Kent, UK where he lives with his wife and daughter.
