Pinstripe to Recruit Talent For Agilent Technologies

The Pinstripe program encompasses hiring Agilent’s non-exempt and exempt employees in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Brazil.

Agilent conducted the vendor selection process remotely through innovative communication methods, and concluded the process by subjecting the leading prospects to a simulation stress test. Finalists were asked to source, screen and present a slate of qualified, interested and available (QIA) candidates for a difficult-to-fill product manager role in its Life Science business unit, within a deadline of three work days.

Based on their performance, Pinstripe CEO Sue Marks received the following message on Facebook from Nury Plumley, Americas staffing manager and global staffing programs manager at Agilent: “Congratulations to you and the rest of the Pinstripe team, Sue.
