Malmoe Streamlines with New HR System from Aditro

After a long and tough purchase process, the City of Malmoe, Sweden's third largest city, decided to buy their new system for HR and payroll from Aditro. The new system is based on Aditro HRM Suite for Public Sector which covers, among other things, time & attendance, staffing, schedule management, training, payroll, substitute management, travel expense reports and more. The project is already underway and production start will take place gradually during 2010.

Aditro HRM Suite for Public Sector is the most widespread solution in municipalities and county councils in Sweden. Malmoe expects to reduce system costs with the new solution systems since it is a standard system used by many other local governments.

The new system solution is an important step in Malmoe’s desire to change their HR processes. The goal is to implement their processes in a coherent and coordinated manner across the municipality.

- The new system is an important part of the change in personnel work in the city of Malmoe.
