Peter Aalbers

Peter Aalbers graduated in 1993 with a Master of Business Administration in organisational psychology, management accounting, financial accounting and information technology as specialisations. In addition, in 1989 he received a Bachelors degree in physics. After his studies, he joined Royal KPN NV in The Netherlands where he has served in several operations and change management positions.

Peter has contributed annual productivity/effectiveness gains of at least 10-15% through transforming business models and processes within large labor-intensive structures. In doing so, he puts great emphasis on creating high performance teams and selecting and training professionals to be responsible for and implementing process-based methodologies like Lean and 6 Sigma.

Peter is married, has two daughters and lives in the Eastern part of The Netherlands.

Jesper Lillelund

Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.


Koen De Rijcke
Vice President, France & Benelux Business Leader, Genpact Europe

Koen has more than 20 years of experience in working with global companies to improve and transform their back-office functions. His experience spans the full lifecycle from designing the Shared Services & transformation strategy and selling the value proposition, through architecting solutions and managing the transition & implementation.
Koen started his career with PwC Consulting where he spent 10 years advising clients on their transformation and/or Shared Services journey. In 2002 PwC Consulting was acquired by IBM and Koen moved within IBM from Consulting to Business Process Outsourcing in a variety of roles and was promoted to Business Transformation Outsourcing Executive overseeing European BPO deals in the Industrial Sector. Early 2006, Koen joined Accenture as Senior Executive where he was part of the Leadership team of the European F&A Business Process Outsourcing unit. Within the above roles, Koen has been involved in outsourcing deals and in setting up of Shared Service Centers for a large number of multinational companies.
Koen joined Genpact in October 2009 as Vice President Business Development focusing on developing new business with companies haedquartered in the Benelux & France region and overseeing contracts in operation. In this role, Koen has been strongly involved in shaping and leading deals at Heineken, Sanofi, DSM, Ahold, KPN, …. As such, Koen contributed to growing the France/Benelux region to one of the larger markets for Genpact.
Koen is a regular speaker on topics such as Outsourcing, Shared Services and Finance Transformation. He has an MBA in Financial Management from the Vlerick School for Management, Belgium.
