Jasmine De Clerck
General Manager Benelux, France and Denmark, Center for Creative Leadership

Jasmine De Clerck is CCL’s General Manager for the Benelux, France and Denmark Region. As General Manager, Jasmine is responsible for the market development, operational management and competitive positioning of CCL’s Custom Business Line in the Region. Her experience includes advising leading multinationals on how to develop and implement their Leadership and Talent Development Strategy globally.

As an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant and Change Agent, Jasmine developed a deep understanding of how Executives deal with Change and Transition. At CCL, Jasmine launched and is chairing a Network Community focused on how we – as individual leaders, companies and networks – can deal with Disruption (Technology, Climate, Energy and Demographics).

Her experience includes leading large scale outsourcing and transformation projects in industry, and headhunting talent to lead these initiatives. Jasmine lived and worked on four continents: South Africa, India, the United States and Europe; and worked in international roles since 1999. Her experience includes advising a Fortune 500 company on their HR Transformation Strategy and guiding a leading life sciences company through their outsourcing assessment towards India.

Current Role
Besides her role as General Manager, Jasmine works as Leadership Practitioner on Open Enrolment and Custom programs.

Educational Background
Jasmine holds a Master Degree in Applied Economics & International Management, is a NLP-Practitioner, ICF-accredited coach and is certified in various psychometric instruments, assessment tools, methodologies and models. Jasmine is currently working on a Specialization in Organizational Leadership at NorthWestern University.

Jesper Lillelund
Partner & Co-Founder, CorporateLeaders

Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 20 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.

Patrick Plein
Director Digital Working and Academy, VINCI

Patrick Plein began his career as Human Resources Manager then as Human Resources Director within various building and civil engineering entities of the VINCI group (Dumez, GTM Construction). In 2007 Patrick became Human Resources Development Director at VINCI and 2012 Director of Human Resources and Sustainable Development. Since April 2015, he is the Director of Digital Working and VINCI Academy.

Joseph Press
Global Innovator & Strategic Advisor, Center for Creative Leadership

Dr. Joseph Press brings over 16 years experience as an innovation and digital transformation consultant. As the Director of Deloitte Digital Switzerland, he worked with global clients on digital transformation and innovation initiatives to achieve business results and accelerate organizational evolution. He was also responsible for designing the Deloitte Switzerland Greenhouse, an innovation space for exploring business challenges with clients.

Prior to his business consulting career, Joseph practiced as an architect and designer in the USA, Germany, France and Israel, focusing on a range of public and private projects. Most notably, he led the workplace design of the headquarters of AOL Time Warner in Paris, France.

Current Role
Joseph is the Global Innovator & Strategic Advisor to the Center for Creative Leadership©’s President and CEO. Collaborating with leadership across CCL© globally, he champions innovation, digital transformation and creative leadership with our clients, in support of delivering engaging and innovative experiences that accelerate personal and organizational impact. As an experienced business consultant and passionate digital innovator, he is deeply committed to co-creating meaningful experiences that transform people, organizations and society.

Joseph’s creative mindset helps unleash client creativity to co-design innovative business models, products, and services in design thinking-inspired workshops. With over five years of online teaching experience, he also designs and delivers high-impact developmental experiences in synchronous and asynchronous virtual environments.

Educational Background
Joseph completed a B.S. in Managerial Economics with a minor in Architecture at Carnegie Mellon. He completed a SM in Architectural Studies and Ph.D. in Design Technology at MIT. His Master’s thesis focused on pedagogies in design education, and this Ph.D. research entitled Building Community, focused on how collaboration, cognition and innovation in the design process build collective understanding.

Joseph is a passionate educator as well. He is a guest lecturer at IMD, Parsons The New School For Design in the Strategic Design & Management Masters Program, and the Design Thinking program at St. Gallen, where he teaches graduate courses on design, digital business models and innovation. He previously held teaching and research positions at MIT, Delft Technical University, and Bezalel Design Academy.
