The continuous automation of work and the digital disruption of business models pose major new challenges for organisations and their leaders as they seek to transform their strategies for a digital age. This puts pressure on leaders to create a vision, manage change and frame it positively.

From a leadership perspective, the challenge is not necessarily an intellectual one of knowing which disruption is coming, but how to get the organisation to embrace change and create a competitive digital corporate culture that unleashes the potential of its employees and the organisation as a whole.

To address this, the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), in partnership with CorporateLeaders, is hosting the Digital Disruption Leadership Roundtable Meeting on 3rd May in Paris. The meeting is keynoted by Joseph Press, Global Innovator & Strategic Advisor at CCL, Patrick Plein, Director Digital Working and Academy at VINCI, and includes roundtable discussion leader Jasmine De Clerck, General Manager Benelux, France and Denmark at CCL.

During this Executive Roundtable Meeting series held in Amsterdam, Munich and Paris, we will explore digital disruption and the impact on innovation, culture and leadership. We will look at experiences of multinational companies who have undertaken successful digital leadership transformation journeys to meet the challenging requirements of the businesses and provide proven leadership strategies and insights on how to prepare leaders and teams with the skills and expertise to create the future.

  • Leadership strategies, methodologies and skills required to successfully drive forward digital transformation
  • Leading transformation through three areas of excellence: innovation, digital and design

This Executive Briefing is an intimate peer-to-peer roundtable discussion meeting for a select group of 25 heads of HR, leadership development, talent development, organisational development, learning, digital transformation, innovation, and operations to share knowledge and best practices, debate key development practices, and network with peers and leadership experts. The presentations and discussion are followed by a cocktail reception and an exquisite meal for networking and to carry on the debate.
