Jasmine De Clerck
Regional Director, Center for Creative Leadership

Jasmine De Clerck is CCL’s Regional Director for the French, Dutch and Danish speaking region of Europe, responsible for the Development of CCL’s Customized Business Line. Her experience includes advising leading multinationals on how to develop and implement their Leadership and Talent Development Strategy globally.

As an Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant and Change Agent, Jasmine developed a deep understanding of how Executives deal with Change and Transition. At CCL, Jasmine launched and is chairing a Network Community focused on how we – as individual leaders, companies and networks - can deal with Disruption (Technology, Climate, Energy and Demographics).

Her experience includes leading large scale outsourcing and transformation projects in industry, and headhunting talent to lead these initiatives. Jasmine lived and worked on four continents : South Africa, India, the United States and Europe ; and worked in international roles since 1999. Her experience includes advising a Fortune 500 company on their HR Transformation Strategy and guiding a leading life sciences company through their outsourcing assessment towards India.

Current Role
Besides her role as Regional Director, Jasmine works as Feedback Coach on Open Enrolment and Custom programs.

Educational Background
Jasmine holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics & International Management, is a NLP-Practitioner, ICF-accredited coach and is certified in various psychometric instruments, assessment tools, methodologies and models. Jasmine is currently working on a Specialization in Organizational Leadership at NorthWestern University.

Jesper Lillelund

Partner & Co-Founder, CorporateLeaders

Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.


Jeneva Patterson
Practice Leader, Organization Leadership, Center for Creative Leadership

Jeneva drives the Center for Creative Leadership© EMEA Change Leadership practice. Her vast and diverse experience in multiple sectors, for corporate and not-for profit global, Fortune 50 organizations offers expertise and additional perspectives for CCL©’s clientele. She has worked with with current and aspirant world business and political leaders who must motivate, mobilize and lead individuals, groups and large organizations through massive transformational change.

Jeneva also serves as a Faculty member and Leadership Coach and is responsible for design, delivery, facilitation, and organization development solutions. Topics of expertise include culture change, women’s leadership, cross cultural communication, diversity and inclusion, virtual team development, positive psychology, mindfulness and resilience.

Educational Background
Jeneva’s undergraduate degree is from Mount Holyoke College, a Seven Sister’s shool in the U.S. She earned a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University, a Master’s in Organization Development from American University’s School of Public Affairs, the latter of which included Applied Psychology at the National Training Laboratories for Applied Behavioral Science (NTL), founded by Kurt Lewin. Jeneva holds Certificates in Medicine and Leadership Coaching from Harvard Medical School/McClean Hospital, in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, and in Board Strategy and Leadership from the Wharton School of Business at UPenn. Jeneva completed partial coursework toward a PhD in Human Development and Organizational Systems from Fielding University. She served as a Teaching Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in Adaptive Leadership.

Jeneva is a Founding Member of the Institute of Coaching at Harvard Medical School/McClean Hospital, is a CCL-approved Leadership Coach and is certified in CCL-proprietary 360-degree assessments as well as germane psychometric instruments. She has served/serves as Chairperson and/or Trustee on multiple International IB School Boards. Jeneva is an amateur triathlete, a global nomad after living in more than 18 global locations, and a mother of two.

Kim Wylie
Head of Customer Change and Transformation, Google Cloud, Google

Kim leads the Google Cloud Customer Change and Transformation Team. She is an expert in change management, the psychology of change, digital transformation and organisational culture. She developed the change and transformation methodology which has now been used by tens of thousands of organisations globally to help them use GSuite as a platform to drive business and cultural change.

Kim grew up in New Zealand where she studied Law and Marketing at Victoria University. She worked for Thomson Reuters (and also did a stint of extra work in the Lord of the Rings movies) before moving to the UK 11 years ago. Since then she has worked for a number of advertising agencies, and has held multiple roles in a variety of divisions within Google. She recently completed a postgraduate certificate in the Psychology of Change and Organisational Development. Kim is a regular public speaker and has had articles published in The Economist and Forbes.
