Upon completion of the Core Program, participants will form a unique internal peer-to-peer, community and think thank.
The main purpose of the Community is to continue learning, debating and exchange ideas drawing on the group’s collective insights enhanced by respected leaders.
In addition, the community will act as a dedicated think tank of talent to solve mission critical and emerging business challenges. The newly formed leadership community and Think Tank will be supported by CorporateLeaders’ research, expertise and global community in an online and face-to-face forum.
Topics tackled could include: New leadership concepts, innovation, emerging trends, strategy, talent and personal development.
CorporateLeaders works with the organization to agree the topics and content covered to ensure that there is consistency and alignment with the needs of the business.
