The format ensures that they have the skills, tools and expertise to smoothly transition into their role as leader and also act as an independent sounding board to challenge thinking ensuring powerful insights.
This can include work shadowing with a former senior executive to discussing personal issues and pressures with qualified experts.
As coaching and mentoring is highly personal, CorporateLeaders have a range of professional coaches to select from ensuring that there’s a connection, trust and a good fit with the Partner.
The program is tailored to the individual with time spent understanding their needs, establishing a rapport and agreeing the next steps.
