The meeting will take place at Bistro Margaux where chef Thomas Locus has put together an exquisite menu that will continue the debate and networking over dinner.

Head chef and owner Thomas Locus started his career as a cook at the age of 18 where he learned his trade under chefs such as Robert Van Landeghem, Michel restaurant in Groot-Bijgaarden, Jean-Pierre Bruneau, Bruneau in Ganshoren and Sergio Herman, Oud Sluis in Sluis.

After seven years of hard work and learning, he opened a restaurant in his native region, Pajottenland. Together with a young team, he won a place on the culinary map. In just four years his restaurant Bistro Margaux had been awarded a Michelin star and 16/20 in the Gault & Millau. In 2011, he was awarded by Gault Millau the title of 'Young master chef of the year '.
