Dirk De Bevere
Integrated Technology Services Leader Benelux, IBM

Dirk is the Business Line Executive for Integrated Technology Services (ITS) in Benelux. ITS serves customers in various industries and provides solutions ranging from smaller, short-term consultancy assignments to large, long-term managed services engagements and specializes in the domains of Business Continuity & Resiliency, Security, IT Services Optimization and Cloud Computing.

Dirk has 22 years of experience in the IT industry, and is now with IBM since 12 years. Today he leads a cross-functional team spanning sales, solutioning, local and off-shored delivery. He is member of the IBM Benelux Senior Leadership Team and the IBM Belgium Executive Committee. Next to that he serves as boardmember for IBM Services Financial Sector Luxembourg and was the chairman of the board of Skillteam prior to its integration in IBM Belgium.

Before taking up his current role Dirk held several management roles in IBM"s Global Technology Services Department and prior to that in Software Group. Dirk holds a University Degree at Antwerp University and an MBA at Henley Management College.

Jean-Claude Dispensa
IBM Distinguished Engineer & Master Inventor, IBM
Jean-Claude Dispensa joined IBM in 1983 in the Networking Hardware Division based in La Gaude, France. In his early career, he took different jobs in product development, design and system architecture.

Jean-Claude is now leading the WW GTS Enterprise Architecture Speciality Services Area and has been in this role for 3 years. His main skills are on clients outsourcing business, cloud computing, overall data centers infrastructure with deep and broad knowledge on servers, storage, network, security, virtualisation and system management. One of his current activities is to contribute to IBM vision and strategy on cloud computing as one new delivery model and to efficiently enable our delivery centres to answer our clients business and IT needs around flexibility, agility and scalability. One of his key focuses is now on smarter analytic solutions, how to use them internally to improve our delivery capabilities but also with our clients and how to improve their business with new insight from information.

Alain Goffi
Chief Technology Officer, BNP Paribas Fortis
Alain Goffi is BNP Paribas Fortis Chief Technology Officer. He is 51 years old and is civil engineer graduated from the Liege University. He started his career at the Generale Bank as Mainframe systems engineer. He occupied multiple positions in the infrastructure department of the Bank. End 2005, in Fortis, he was in charge of a Program called Fix IT whose objective was to create a global infrastructure department supporting the Fortis businesses in the Benelux and generating 50M€ of savings on a budget of 500M€ while supporting the Fortis growth. After the Rapprochement with BNP Paribas, Alain took over the BNP Paribas Group Windows 7 evolution program (Neos) whose aim was to migrate the 200.000 workstations of the Group out of windows XP. He took over the BNPP Fortis CTO job in 2010 and improved the efficiency of the Infrastructure & Operations department getting the ISO20000 certification while generating subsequent economies.

Jesper Lillelund
Partner & Co-Founder, CorporateLeaders

Jesper Lillelund has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper combines his in-depth industry knowledge, access to a wide network of business leaders, and market development skills focusing on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to co-founding CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. In his career at the Journal Europe, Jesper was also responsible for developing new revenue generating businesses. This included launching The Wall Street Journal Europe’s conference operations starting with the highly sought after European CEO Summits to the regional Central European Economic Review conferences. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.


Guy Lucq
CIO, Deloitte Belgium

Guy Lucq has been CIO of Deloitte Belgium since 2012. Prior to that Mr. Lucq was a CIO on Demand where was an independent advisor to boards of directors of companies and organisations covering business and technology strategy & alignment, project recovery, post-acquisition integration, etc.

Mr. Lucq has over 20 years of experience at European and global positions in the FMCG industry, including CTO Europe & Global Functions for Unilever and program leadership of a large transformation programs on a European scale.
