Jesper Lillelund is a Co-founder and Partner at CorporateLeaders and has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper focuses on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to starting CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.

Francisco Mateo-Sidron
Vice President Head of HR LoB Sales Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), SAP
Francisco Mateo-Sidron holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering by the Iowa State University and a MBA in International Finance and Marketing by the University of Houston.

During his career in SAP, Francisco held several roles. Beginning of 2011 Francisco was newly appointed as VP HR Sales for EMEA. Previously, he was VP of Business Operations for EMEA (2010), when he returned from Miami, where he developed several roles from VP Human Resources for Latin America (2006), holding some of the best practice KPIs worldwide, and later as VP Business Operations for Latin America.

Before moving to Miami Francisco had several roles at SAP Spain where he joined in 1999: Firstly as Director Human Resources for SAP Spain, then as Director Human Resources for EMEA South and from 2005 for EMEA Southwest.

Before joining SAP Francisco started his career as Senior Consultant at Towers Watson.

Paul Wilson
Managing Director, Michael Page HR
 Paul Wilson has spent the last 26 years assisting companies attract and hire talent, both in the UK and overseas. During this time he has helped build Michael Page International into a FT 200 recruitment multinational employing almost 5,000 staff in 33 countries, entirely through organic growth.

Graduating aged 20 from Nottingham University and looking for an extreme challenge, he accepted a commission in the Royal Marines. Paul served for 4 years, gaining varied experience including a jungle warfare exercise in Borneo and a 6 month UN tour in Cyprus. When the business world came calling he joined EDS, first as a specialist recruiter and then in a management development role, delivering leadership workshops in 7 European countries.

Paul joined Michael Page in 1987, when the firm employed some 300 staff in 4 countries. Starting in the City, he recruited into a variety of banking disciplines to a high degree of success, allowing him to progress through to Deputy MD in 1997. Throughout the 1990's Paul also ran Michael Page's top talent programme for experienced recruiters. Over 250 consultants benefited from the rigour & innovative delivery of this course during Paul's period in charge.

In 2000 Paul launched Michael Page Human Resources and ran this business for the next 10 years. In 2005 he was promoted to Regional Managing Director, and handed the opportunity to turn around Michael Page Technology & Michael Page Legal. In 2006 Paul launched Michael Page's operations in South Africa, which he still has responsibility for along with 5 UK Disciplines.

While his role carries substantial management responsibility, he is still actively involved with client work and is a keen exponent of talent attraction, retention and development both for his own firm and his clients.

Paul is married with 3 grown up children and lives in Surrey.
