worked for KPMG Consulting assisting clients in Finance Function
optimization. He holds a Master degrees in Finance & Control and
Organizational Psychology.

Astrid De Lathauwer

Astrid De Lathauwer is Executive Vice President Human Resources of the Belgacom Group. Ms. De Lathauwer joined Belgacom in 2000 and previously held the positions of Top Group Resources & Talent Director and HR Director of Belgacom. Prior to joining Belgacom, Ms. De Lathauwer worked in marketing and human resources with AT&T and Monsanto. Ms. De Lathauwer holds a degree in History of Art from the University of Ghent and a degree in International Politics and Diplomatic Sciences from the University of Leuven.

Bruno Kindt
HR and Transformation Director SAP Belgium & Luxembourg, Deputy HR Director SAP France

Since 2010, Bruno Kindt is combining the responsibility of co-HR Director of SAP France with his role of HR Director of SAP Belgium and Luxembourg.

Bruno started his career at SAP in 1995 as Senior Consultant in charge of the HR solution. After two years, he was nominated as HR Solution Architect, being involved on projects in Belgium but also on EMEA level.

In 1999, Bruno Kindt joined the Consulting Management Committee as HR Manager responsible about Field Services. In 2000, Bruno Kindt joined the HR Organization as HR Information Systems Manager and in 2005, he has been appointed as HR Director of SAP Belgium & Luxembourg. Between 2004 and 2006, Bruno Kindt was combining his HR role with the responsibility of the Education department of SAP Belgium & Luxembourg, contributing in bringing together Education and Consulting within the new Field Services Organization.

Bruno Kindt started his career in 1981 as IT analyst at Corsys where he was responsible for the development of HR IT solutions. After the integration of Corsys within the DMR Group, he became product manager and responsible for the commercial support of the HR oriented IT solutions.


Jesper Lillelund

Partner & Co-Founder

Jesper Lillelund is a Co-founder and Partner at CorporateLeaders and has been engaged in building valuable business networks on the international scene for over 15 years. Jesper focuses on making business transformation and corporate excellence part of the business agenda.

Prior to starting CorporateLeaders, Jesper was instrumental in building a leading independent business transformation association from an informal business community to a global player. He also served as the Marketing Director at The Wall Street Journal Europe where he was responsible for managing brand, direct and on-line marketing. Prior to the Journal Europe, Jesper held market analyst roles at MAN B&W Diesel and Danisco in Denmark.

Jesper holds an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Management and International Business from Baylor University in Texas.


René Zigterman
Head of SAP EMEA & India Business Development for Business Suite Solutions,

René has a long standing career within SAP. His back ground is within SAP AG HCM development and Product Management where he worked from 1995 - 2000 in developing and outlining the SAP HCM solution, including country localizations and the development of the first HR-portal and self services (workplace).

Since early 2000 René joined the field organization as HCM Product Manager and Presales responsible for the Benelux. Later René took the responsibility for local ERP Business Development as well he was the driving force behind the BPO initiative and from there on he started the Shared Services program he currently is still passionately driving. Within the field responsibilities René has been in charge of innovative Solution Development for the SAP Business Suite Applications. Currently heading up the EMEA and India Suite Solutions Business Development Team.
