Albert Ifrah is leading the HR solution division for SAP Europe. Albert and has a global background including 15 years of international experience building sales/marketing operation throughout European region in the IT industry. Before joining SAP Albert had worked in Executive position for several innovative Software/consulting solution leaders and in particular in the HR/HCM space.

Albert holds an MBA from HEC Paris Business and an Engineering Master from ESIEE Paris school.

Who is Patrick Maquoi…
Born some 46 years ago, in the same month as Robert Downey Jr. (actor), Lieve Slegers (Belgian athlete) and Linda Perry (songwriter and singer).

Proud father of a wonderful 6 years old daughter, Emma-Laure.

Professional history…
After 15 years as a sales representative in the world of consumer Electronics (Grundig, Philips, Sony, etc.), Patrick decided to go and discover other horizons.

During 5 years, Patrick successfully completed different missions as Interim Manager Sales and Marketing within IT, radio and telecommunication, broadcast and electronical goods.
From 2002 till 2009 the major radio and telecommunication companies were part of my business playground. As Director Business Development and Marcom Manager, I achieved to gain some major contracts with refining companies, public safety and security, public transport, privately owned companies and institutional organizations.

In 2009 (finally) the idea raise to start up my own business as independent consultant, trainer and business developer. From 1-to-1 coaching over filed coaching, solving sales and marketing issues, readapting departments to actual market needs and strategically advising companies were the major tasks.

Jean-Marie Simon

Jean-Marie Simon served before as HR Director for France, Germany and Central Europe. Previously at Schlumberger, he managed research, studies and production centres, notably in Indonesia in the early 90's and then in Norway. He was also Information Systems Director for the petrol sector for three years. He is, for the Syntec Federation, the President of the Social Affairs Commission and Training and also the President of the Equal National Collective Agreement.

Florence Nony

Florence Nony has a strong experience of HR transformation projects in environment of mergers and acquisitions in various sectors: perfumes, retail, exhibitions shows and software. She worked in France, Germany and the UK. Since 3 years at SAP she worked on Business Object integration and is conducting the People Agenda designed to accompany the ambitious strategy of growth of the group in France.

From 2004 until 2008 she was the President of a French Personal Association named RH&M.
